How can you change how you feel when you’re sad?
1. Make sure you talk to friends and family. They do care for you. They’ll support you no matter what. 2. A therapist. They’ll support you as well. I felt they were useful at times. Not all the time though. 3. Write a blog. 4. Listen to music. 5. Support groups always help. That’s my advice to you. Hope it helps.
Bosses should respect you. You should respect your boss. No one deserves to be treated with disrespect. That’s including your boss and how he treats you. Everyone should be treated equally.
Make sure you work hard. Whether it is school, work, marriage, parent. Basically anything that needs work. Work hard and succeed. You can’t always succeed but try. If you want it that badly that is.
Be there for yourself.
Make sure that you remember yourself. Don’t forget who you are and what you’re all about. Always make yourself feel like your worth something. Not at 0% but a 100%
